I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before going. We were actually going to the Bistro at the theater across the shopping center, but left there due to an unpleasant server. After eating resort/local for the past week, we felt like Italian. It was around 5:30 on a weekday, and not very crowded. I had read the reviews prior to ordering here. I thought maybe people were just picky so I gave it a chance. The restaurant was empty, so I assumed my order would have been cooked properly. I was very wrong. My bruschetta had NO Basil, it was literally just diced tomatoes. In addition, my brussel sprouts were completly burnt black.
