The service was good. The gal who took my order was nice and able to answer all my questions. First thing- the granola is NOT gluten free, but they allow you to sub extra nuts or chia. Kind of a bummer since it is on every bowl! Unfortunately, the bowl was not to my liking. The base is clearly pre-portioned and frozen thus giving it an iced texture.
