Even in a Waipu-wide powercut, their customer service was amazing! (as was their food! Our pizzas came nice and hot, and (according to those of us in our group who got beer the beer was really good. It's a decent place. I don't think it's worth the hype nor the wait though. The selection of beers is good. The food was average. We got the Globetrotter, workhorse, bullocky, stockman pizzas.
