This ramen shop specialises in soy sauce ramen. Their soy sauce comes from Yuasa which is a small town in Wakayama that is the origin of soy sauce in Japan. The ramen was good but some people might find it a little salty. They also serve tonkotsu (pork bone) and vegan. We wanted to order gyoza but they were sold out so we had karaage (fried chicken).
