Extremely disappointed. Sweet tea was old. The manager on duty said it was fresh. She tasted it. Listen. I did not want to create a problem. However when another employee tasted the tea the look on his face told it all. I don't drink soda so I demanded a refund. Customer service was very poor. Check the tea before you leave. Awful experience. Slow; rude; always short handed. Zero customer relations. Wouldn't give me the owner's contact information. Avoid at all costs.

"Just recently discovered you guys and we absolutely LOVED our sundaes and your ice cream!! We actually tried to order delivery through UberEats, but had a problem with their app. The Scoops staff called and were soooo kind and helpful. "I fell in love with this restaurant about two years ago and haven’t been able to stop going since! So it was no surprise that I asked Charlie to cater my high school reunion. Charlie and the other employees were sooooo helpful during the process of selecting food. Most caterers would’ve had me complete and online form and wouldn’t personalize my experience but this was different. I was able to try samples and customize to the amount of people and the types of diets. The day of the event the food arrived on time (before I even got there lol) and Farah was gracious enough to help set up everything! The food was phenomenal!!!"
