I grew up going to the Char Grill in downtown Raleigh and I was very excited when they opened this location. The food is amazing and those pink Carolina packer...

Food was fresh and good. Nothing like a good grilled burger. Edit: Retuned 6/26/23, food and service were still top notch!

Checked out Char Grill for the first time. Did drive-thru. Food was good and prices were reasonable.

Very unprofessional, while I was waiting for my food I saw a middle aged man with glasses, kiss this young girl with red hair on the lips, while in the kitchen.

"Restaurant very good; my thought is five stars only applies to the one or two best in an area. Food creative, well presented and fairly priced. Waiter extremely professional and added to enjoyment of meal. A few more lower priced wines would help; but spending a few dollars more than our norm was well worth it."

"Ordered a pizza for the 3rd time they were out of Pizza. The kids burger was an add on. After getting notice they are out of pizza I canceled the kids burger ordered pizza elsewhere . Well, they brought the burger anyway. When it got here it was cold. Never going to order from Red Robin again. Side note... Marcos was fast, hot delicious!"

"The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent very professional. I like that they have a host always at the door and they do come to check on you at the table. The food is consistently good and doesn't take too long to get ready.They always get the orders right which is nice. The ambience is really nice alot of effort went into giving the place an authentic feel. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
