As someone who lived in China for 5 years and speaks the language a bit, I can be quite hard on Chinese restaurants in the US. Sei Bar delivers some of the best Chinese food I've ever had outside of China, and their Hunan style is so authentic and loaded with flavor. (Hunan Province is one of the places I lived). I have been a customer since 2017 and today I was so disappointed at the food and the service I received. They served me overcooked rice and undercooked meat which is a serious food safety problem! They tream me like They dont care and told me cooked pork is pink color, which is ridiculous. I was so disappointed and would never go back again. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
