The baked goods at this restaurant are exceptional and the service is excellent. The only downside is that they tend to sell out quickly, but that just shows how popular they are!

I sent my 14-year-old daughter to buy bread this morning. When she entered the store and asked for what I wanted, the woman behind the counter rudely replied, "Does it look like we have any bread left?" My daughter was taken aback by the empty store and lack of bread in the back. Another customer in line spoke up, telling the employee that she should not speak to customers, especially young girls, in that manner. If the store is sold out, why remain open without any signs or professionalism? It may be time to reassess the staff at this establishment.

The staff is usually gracious and lovely, although one member's disrespect and unprofessionalism left me taken aback. I hope this incident doesn't tarnish the team's overall sweet and wholesome image.
