Haven’t had a Jimmy John sandwich in awhile. But, they are still awesome. Love #2 with provolone. Went through the drive through. Order correct as ordered. Friendly young man that greeted me at the window. But most importantly, sandwich was great. Fresh bread and condiments and as asked, cut in half. View all feedback.

Placed an order like always. Usually get fantastic service. They did not fulfill my order. When I called and tried to ask the gentleman that answered the phone became agitated. I had my order number. That wasn't good enough. So he hung up on me. When I called back the manager did listen to what I had to say but never offered to rectify thier mistake. Very bad customer service. The Spicy East Coast is on the menu and just right. I don't have to add or take away. I was always adding hot peppers to the Italian or the Vito.

"I take my wife to eat here every couple of weeks, in Waldorf, MD, especially on Tuesday. We like to order the Feast for 2 as it is the special on Tuesdays. We like to get the chopped pork to go with the ribs and usually get the roasted chicken and sometimes the fried (both are tasty). We also come on that day because our favorite server (Trey) is there. It is always a pleasure to see him. He is always very courteous and be listens to his customers and any special requirements we may ask for. He is always on top of it. The atmosphere is always enjoyable. Good music in the background. Sports on the television, news or even cooking shows. And of course there is always something good to drink."
