What A Dew doesn't like about Sweetfrog:
They seem to be consistently understaffed. Frequently it seems like the workers are in the back and the customers are just fending for themselves. When they do come out they are not particularly accommodating. The rewards program is not very generous and they are very strict on the terms. I haven’t seen it busy very often so I’m not sure why they are pushing customers away over $1 discount here or there. View all feedback.
