Thai Flavor - Waldorf

This is my first time and omg the mixed vegetables with beef spicy is so darn delicious!!!! I’ve been craving Thai for the longest. Thank you!!!

Food is always great at this place. Came on a Wednesday night for dinner. Pretty busy and only had one server but nonetheless food were yummy. Spent $42 for 1 Thai iced tea, 1 order of spring roll, one Thai beef salad, 1 green curry and 1 vegetable soup. Sometimes we order a whole fried flounder fish...so good!! Despite of the slow service, It's definitely our go to Thai place.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years. I always come in sit at the bar and order. This particular day, the person who took my order assumed it was Togo. When the food came out bagged up I decided to open it and start eating. I asked the guy behind the bar (old man) for a cup of water and he put it in a Togo cup. Shortly I asked for a container to put some sauce in. He went to the back and when he handed me the small container his finger was inside of it. Once I called it out on it he quickly removed his hand and denied that he had his finger in it. He then proceeded to aggressively tell me “your food was Togo you should not have sat down and not tip”. He literally did not serve me nor ask me if I needed anything I had to ask for a water. He continued to demand a tip. I expressed that I have never been treated like this and I was a loyal customer. He said he didn’t care and did not need my money. I will not be back!!!!!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. So I finally went despite, some of the bad reviews about the cleanliness. I ordered chicken fried rice lunch special. To be honest I was shocked when I saw the portion size, very disappointed. Not to mention the lunch price was a bit high. Moving forward, the food was okay but not flavorful like thought it would consider the name of the restaurant. Halfway through eating I found pieces of hair in my food, that was enough for me to throw my food away. I understand, things happen sometimes but even the customer service wasn't the the best when I went inside to get my food. No thank you for your business. All in all I can't say I'll be returning and I really hope they step it up.

Quant restaurant with traditional Thai dishes. Prices are pre-pandemic which was a nice surprise! Service is attentive and fast. Thai food was a little on the sweet side compared to other experiences restaurants I've visited. Food was served without asking to adjust spiciness and the taste was just right. : Ordered Chicken Ka Prow, Tom Yum Gong (Shrimp soup, and Thai iced tea. Delicious.
