What Gary T doesn't like about Waldron Cafe:
We visited last week; March 29th, 2023. The carpet is filthy. No excuses. The french fries were not blanched prior to the finish frying which results in a limp wet fry ! FYI, blanching fries 300 for about 3-5 mins pushes out the water, then refrigerate for a few hours, then finish cooking at 375 F and Voila...tasty crisp fries.
