What Giovanni Grob doesn't like about La Estancia:
The steak had many tendons, for the operation this is normal. Large piece of meat = many tendons was the answer. This at 500gr was about 100gr unpredictable. Absolute wickedness! we enjoyed a sensational bark fillet, perfectly prepared in the grill and served on the hot plate. supplement: thepommes are super and the sauces are perfect for this. also the small menu salad with the fresh brot and Italian sauce was very delicious. always happy thanks View all feedback.
