"Tasty food, great service, good prices. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Create Your Own pizza (it's awesome that you can have nearly unlimited toppings for just the one price! , as well as the Greek salad. We ordered via DoorDash pickup, but we actually just ate inside the restaurant. We'd gladly eat here again."

"Out of the three Japanese places in Walla Walla, this one has the most diverse menu. That said they are a small franchise around the area. We stopped in for pho (yes they have pho and it’s not bad at all but decided to get their sushi and sashimi platter for two. Pho: pretty good, though if you’re used to pho from LA or something, it’ll hold you over but won’t set records. Lol Sushi/shashimi: presentation was good. Chefs speak Mandarin, so if you do, that’s a plus. Haha salmon and yellowtail were good. They also have Escolar aka Superwhite or white tuna. I found it a little frozen/stuff and not as wonderful and buttery as it can be. Still good none the less. Pro tip: order the spicy edamame and KEEP THE SAUCE. Try dipping your sushi/sashimi in the sauce. SO GOOD. Chefs special roll (part of the platter combo was good. Overall for two people the combo was just right. My gf felt overly full but I didn’t :"

"Small menu. Good food.. Definitely a step up from typical bar food. I had the fried beans and caramelized squash salad and it was really good with a light but very tasteful dressing. Husband had the turkey sandwich and said it was excellent with real turkey breast and Gravy on the side. We tried the truffles, but were disappointed. Didn't like the garlic taste at all. You have a very small menu. Not much to choose, but I would recommend there is an attempt. Strange note: You have no artificial sweeteners of any kind for the iced tea and were very strange about it. You can have sugar, sugar syrup or nothing. This is really not acceptable to those of us who choose our calories carefully, and the waitress was quite sniffing about it and would not give an explanation of this policy. Your service wasn't good at all. Our food came in an OK time frame, but she never came back to offer more tea or ask if our food was okay. I feel like she really didn't want to be there."

"Ok, don't do what I did and forget that Cinco de Mayo tends to be crowded at a family Mexican cuisine restaurant and just show hungry and unprepared. But, thankfully the staff apparently took pity on my tears and seated us immediately. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere is colorful and fun. I found the food above average and portioned to require a box for the leftovers. We'll done El Sombrero, I look forward to another visit down the road."
