What amazing food... yet just a terribly inconsistent business. I have made a trip to Wallace half a dozen times this year- different days of the week, different times of the day, and they are closed. If your business posts hours of operation, I shouldthink you'd want to stick to them just a little bit. View all feedback.

Some of the best brisket I had I've had in a long time. I had the brisket tacos. I had to buy one more!
