What Charley doesn't like about Black Gold:
Did not expect to have the cleaning lady open my LOCKED door twice on this stay! Once while I was on the toilet at 3pm and once the next morning at 8am while I was still sleeping in bed. She knocked and I didn't think it was for my room, next thing I know I hear someone unlocking and walking into my room and the lady just apologised and walked out.
