"First time I tried Pho, even order the steamed dumplings in case I didnt like it. Now Pho is my favorite food. The medium spicy was just right for me and tofu was tasty and the vegetables and broth tasted so fresh. As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, this place 's pho is a great meal to add to my 'safe ' list."

"Small restaurant, some employees wore masks…some didn’t. The breakfast sandwiches I ordered for takeout were good and ready quickly. I overheard a couple waitstaff talking rudely, upon my payment I felt as though I didn’t need to be there anymore. One sandwich was extremely messy and clearly put together haphazardly. The ketchup used should be used everywhere as it supports the Folds of Honor charity."

"Rice Pot is my favorite Thai restaurant in New Haven. There are so many good choices to pick from from their menu that sometimes I can’t make up my mind. But I always get impressive recommendation from a waitress who is very friendly and helpful. This time I told her that I was craving for noodle, not spicy, so she recommended me Pad Thai, a good combination of sweet and savory noodle with chicken. I have tried so many noodle dishes, but Pad Thai at Rice Pot reminded me of My trip in Thailand."

"Yesterday my husband and I went for a ramen noodle soup and the noodles were really good but the service/server was so rude and nasty to us .. for no reason. When we walked in she was eating and watching movies on her phone while serving us .. my husband is vegetarian and we asked for vegetarian ramen noodles.. she still put the chicken inside and said we ordered that .. to all my vegan/vegetarian please be carful . I wouldn’t want this to happen to you guys .. we spend $85 yesterday at this place with bad service never ever going there"
