the food was rubbery chicken. a year ago.the service was 5 star. i paid $40 for rice and chicken that was a 2/10 or a 1 out of 5. my reason is that they need to improve their quality of food. waitress was nice, still overpriced, undercooked and chewy strings of old rubbbery chicken. disliked very much. Oh my. I have not been eating Chinese in WC because I lived in SF and it is so good there. What a surprise. Yummy.
