Manager never failed to amaze me how rude he is to both customer and staff. Chicken katsu looks old and not crispy. Never going back.

"Very good order experience apparently they have like tablets. I think there's like two of them for sure and you can use to order ahead so you don't even have to wait in line. It's really cool but I really feel like boba tea lounge needs a bigger spot or just more space. It's been stuck in that tiny spot for so long that like it would be cool if they had like a second store or just like a bigger store also every 3rd Saturday of every month their is a pop up carshow/art show"
