The food is very good, but the wait times are crazy. I understand they can have really busy days or a lunch rush. BUT, I ordered online at 11:29am for a 12:30 pick up. When I arrived at 12:30 the order was not ready, which was fine. It is now 1:03pm and I am still waiting for my order. They need to go back and review their process to reduce the the wait times.
