Tonight we showed up to a completely packed Bob and Wanda’s, come to find out there was one cook, one server, and one dishwasher in the whole place. The server was amazing. She was running around like crazy and I never had an empty glass. The food came out a little late but it was delicious as it always is here. Not bad, but a little too greasy for my taste. A majority of the menu is fried. I had the seafood platter and the portion was very generous. The shrimp and catfish were delicious and the crab was tender. What knocked my rating down a little were the sides. The okra were a little soggy, and the fried squash were bland to me.
