Burger King has great food. I'm not a burger fan but I'm always down for Burger King. My question is why do so many of them seem like they don't care about the appearance of the place? Around the Ft Smith area the newer one on Phoenix is the only nice one. The rest are run down. View all feedback.

The cashier was extremely rude! I placed my order on the app, and when receiving my order that was not ready I was missing a wrap she then took my receipt and proceeded to read every item one by one and say that’s in there after each except I was missing a wrap and sauce she was really rude for no reason.
