I love firehouse sub. It's my favorite sandwich store. I took my grandkids to eat there around 7 pm in fort Smith on Rogers. The food was excellent. The food and everything was good but the service was so bad. We were having trouble with a new card and the staff member helping us was impatient and more concerned with the tip.
