What John W likes about Captain D's:
Considering the pricing for this “fast food”, it is really a great deal. Love the new restaurant floor plan layout. Some items on menu are NOT “fast food” and I think Captain D's would achieve greater customer experiences and satisfaction if they would make effort to inform their customers of this. Some items cooked to order and slows down drive-through service. Well, Captain D's is NOT a fast food restaurant. View all feedback.

What Donna M doesn't like about Captain D's:
Drive thru worker had a long conversation with the people in the car in front of me. I asked for coke to drink, she gave me Pepsi instead… It was watered down with ice..and gross. The food was cold. It took so long to get that, I was almost afraid to ask for hot food as I didn't know what they might do to it. Also I don't think it would be possible for cashier to be any less friendly.
