Absolutely terrible customer service in the drive-through this morning. Waited for twenty minutes in the longest line, only to be told at 10:31 that they were “on to lunch”. To make matters worse, I heard that the person in the lane next to me who tried to place an order for breakfast the same second I was trying to, was able to do so.
