Just enjoyed my birthday at Cork and Cow (again). This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Franklin. It starts off with having Adam (the absolute best in the biz) whom we LOVE LOVE LOVE. What Nick H doesn't like about Cork Cow:
Service was great but the food was not quality at all unfortunately. We ordered a filet that might as well have been a sirloin steak that was dry and Luke warm. The bone-in ribeye was ordered rare but it was brown on top and extremely rare with no cooking technique applied. We would have sent them back but we had already sent our drinks back that were wrong.
