Five Guys, what can you say that hasn't already been said? It costs a bit more than anticipated to come here, but the service was standard and the atmosphere was good: modern, but not rigid and soulless looking, it was clean and tidy, almost spotless, and all the newspaper clips and little tidbits of the chain's history on the walls added a nice touch. What Kevin M doesn't like about Five Guys:
Showed up on four different occasions at 11 am sharp. Once the store was completely empty. No employees at all. The other three when we stood by the door an employee came to the door and told us they didn’t have enough people to open the store. I understand staffing problems, but I think they could have put a sign on the doo so we didn’t have to wait around. I think I’m done with them! View all feedback.
