We recently started coming to Honest Roasters for a nice cup of coffee on Sundays when so many other places in Franklin are closed. It has been a wonderful experience! The service has always been quick and the coffee is great. The atmosphere is more modern hipster than other places around, but not cold and minimalist like many Nashville places. Good coffee but won’t be back due to service. Checked the time stamp to make sure I was correct. Took 20 mins to make 2 iced lattes with only 2 orders in front of us while they talked about what podcasts they listened to and no apology or thanks for your patience. My mind is blown. Some of the best espresso anywhere! And I've been to many different places. This is some of the best. The smell and taste is unique and superb.
Waited 28 minutes for an expresso with only 5 people in front of me and it was the most bitter coffee I have ever had, was not a fan and super disappointed.
