What Ruth D likes about Wendy's:
I went through the drive through this evening and the employee apologized that there were only two people working and that it would take a few minutes for my order. I said that’s no problem. I was so impressed by the employees and how professional they were and how hard they were working. I hope that the two people working at the Wendys in Hardin Valley this evening get a nice raise and or promotion. View all feedback.

What Duane S doesn't like about Wendy's:
We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We was using their app and no where in their app was an option for curbside pickup even though there was signs everywhere plus the doors was locked and the metal gate was pulled down so you could NOT I repeat NOT go inside to place or even pickup your order.
