Good drinks and good people. The employees are what make dutch bros great. There are other establishments that make good coffee but the employees are almost robotic and unfriendly. Love the coffee but they seriously need to get rid of the line merge or at least cue the line correctly. Every time I wait in line 1-2 cars that get there after me get their orders taken first making my wait longer than it needs to be by several minutes. I have even been completely skipped a few times and had to order at the window. This would not be that big of an issue if it only happened a few times here and there... View all feedback.
