What Kate Hubbard likes about Bison County:
The 'Turducken ' burger was really one of the best of *any* kind of mixed burger I have ever had. Big pieces of duck meat on the top and really tender. My friends burnt ends appetizer over coleslaw was delicious as well. The bartender/waitstaff are excellent and happy to answer my questions about a couple of food items. What Jimmy doesn't like about Bison County:
Gave this place a second shot, won’t give it a third. Prices are too high for the quality of the food. I’d rate the food “okay” at best. The Burnt ends plate came on a bed of mayo doused coleslaw without mentioning the slaw in the menu. IMO, the BBQ should never sit on top of or be mixed with anything.
