After having no luck finding what I wanted at another shop on the same street, I decided to check out this restaurant. The item I was looking for was priced at $21.99, and I didn't want to break another $20 bill for just $2. I searched for change or other bills in my wallet, and as I was doing so, the employee told me not to worry about it and saved me the internal aggravation over the $2. That act of kindness alone will make me return to the restaurant, not to mention they had exactly what I wanted. Thanks to your great employee, you have gained a lifetime customer.

I have never been to a better small business smoke shop than this one. The prices are great, the selection is fantastic, and the customer service is amazing. I started coming here when I moved to Waltham and I will never go anywhere else. One time I went in on a Saturday night and the employee was helping another customer so I decided to leave without purchasing anything. However, when I returned three weeks later, he apologized for not being able to assist me that night. It was such a thoughtful gesture! There is a new smoke shop that opened up down the street, but it is more expensive and the customer service is just okay. The Juul pods and glass products are offered at great prices here. I absolutely love this place!
