During my break in the middle of the day I came out of the cold and went into Cafe Express. The Turkish-Cypriot family who run the place were very friendly and open. Try to avoid this restaurant like the plague. The staff are clearly very rude and unhappy to be working. No smile, my coffe was luck warm and I had to return it because it was served with milk (I suffer from milk intolerance). The waitress told me that milky coffe was the only way it was served.
