Even though we hadn't made a reservation on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was busy but the waitress was very welcoming and managed to seat us. The food was amazing and a must-try for any lover of authentic Thai cuisine. I started with a sweet and sour soup that was perfectly balanced and delicious. For... View all feedback. read moreSingburi's offers a mixed culinary experience highlighting both highs and lows. While some dishes like chicken chow mein and pork in red curry paste impressed with their flavors, others like the green chicken curry and red snapper curry fell short. Additionally, issues with spiciness levels, oiliness, and service have been noted by diners. The cash-only payment policy and inconsistent treatment of customers have raised concerns. However, those who managed to secure a table were rewarded with incredible, authentic Thai cuisine from the specials board. With improvements in consistency and service, Singburi has the potential to charm more patrons seeking a taste of Thailand in the UK.
