What User likes about Capon Chifa:
I was determined to try Chifa as soon as I arrived to Peru, and this restaurant was recommended by our hotel as the best Chifa in Cusco. It was down the hill and across the busy Avenida del Sol, and appears to be a big local favorite spot. The interior is big and clean. The service is ok, a bit slow, but not rude. What User doesn't like about Capon Chifa:
If you have food allergies, beware! The servers are quite busy and therefore not forthcoming. The menu doesn't give you details of ingredients. We had two folks with shellfish allergies, and due to quick thinking on the part of one member of our party (who ASKED the waiter directly), a crisis was averted.
