We were here for a goose dinner with 6 people on Christmas Day. We asked the waiter to serve us the sauce for the goose breast/leg separately, because on St. Martin's Day at the goose dinner the goose breast/leg was drowned in a brown, thick sauce, so that the actually crispy skin was wobbly and greasy, unappetizing.
