The last two reviews have slated Singha Express, harshly in my opinion. Firstly it's a BYO restaurant, get your beers or wine from millenium supermarket over the road. Secondly there is no corkage charge. And finally to the food. The restaurant is not particularly welcoming in its decor but the food is good.
