"It was great to go out for Christmas dinner. No stress, no mess and a lovely quiet restful afternoon. I loved the Xmas decorations everywhere and the music set the atmosphere. The open roof allowed us to see the bright blue sky and breath the fresh air while being undercover! As someone who used to do silver service waitressing, I would like to suggest that each waiter has their own station, and their own tables. Have a plan beforehand to help manage the large number of people and probably have a break of at least an hour before the next setting. But we enjoyed the meal, the food was cooked to perfection and it worked out so well in the end. Hope your staff were able to go home and have a wonderful Christmas of their own."
