Had my first decent pastie yesterday and a nice coffee. Very friendly and helpful ladies and my wife had a lovely salad and pie. It's just refreshing to have good value friendly service and country hospitality the way we remember. came in for a coffee toastia. waited an eternality for the toastia with only other customers in participation (ok). However, when I asked politely about a small amount of butter for my oh-so-dry toastie, the answer of the participant was caustic rude .practical threw the butter at me.
