Anyone who ever visited the Predecessor Restaurant in Rheinstraße, the “Bavaria-Fischrestaurant” is reminded of a locality that sprayed the charm of a station hall. Architectural and atmospheric: a colorful large-format remake of August Macke’s Tunisian impressions decorates the guest room . [arranged by Hassan’s wife Veronika with velvet gloves] decorate the solemnly laid tables: everything not exaggerated, but quite accentuated! My wife stands on the Dorade (in the whole, finely decorated with garlic), I love the grill plate: turkey, lamb beef . a small dream!!! In no case should it be possible to avoid the “Muttabal” eggplant: together with sesame paste, garlic, lemon and olive oil in a separate chamber of the smoking oven, fired with wood, whose smoke gives the appetizer this incomparable special aroma. The wines ?
