A truly incredible 8-course menu and wine flight. Aromas and textures wonderful. The three snacks before the start of the meal were a nice touch. The sommelier was knowledgeable, but not pretentious. Take your own cutlery napkins or you'll have to beg for them, pass on coffee it'll be lukewarm, double check your food order or you'll get what they decide! Way overpriced way overrated very dissapointing after hearing how classy it was senior staff may need some re-training, however the 2 younger ones working were lovely.
