What Kat B doesn't like about Dunkin':
Very slow and very unorganized. Some of the staff is rude and hate their job or at least act like they do while the others are working hard have a smile on their face and are polite. Ordering ahead does not save you time. They often give your stuff to some one at the drive through. This has happened to me more than once and most recently made me late for work.
