"Zur Alm is a restaurant with a beautiful view above the oldest part of the town. From the big terrace you can see the old church among even older 'Fachwerkhäuser'. Typical German. Without disturbing traffic the terrace is an island of quietness. Inside there are enough tables for rainy days. The furniture is a little bit old fashioned. Don't expect 'haute cuisine', but the food is reasonable. There are even vegetarian dishes on the menu. During the asparagus season I can recommend every asparagus dish. The restaurant is suitable for gatherings. They serve the delicious 'Warburger Urtyp' beer, brewed and drunken exclusively in Warburg. Try this beer on a warm summer evening on the terrace of 'Zur Alm'. How can you find it. Simply go from the church in de new town to the church of the old town. Halfway you find 'Zur Alm' directly underneath the evangelic church 'Maria im Weinberg' and the Gymnasium Marianum."

"So wie in der Überschrift geschrieben kann ich meine Bewertung dazu sagenAls negativ ist :Keine Rollstuhl passende Tische und SitzmöglichkeitLeider ist es meisstens immer sehr voll,so das sie viel Zeit mitbringen müssen,bevor sie einen reservierten Platz bekommen. Uns ist es vielfach schon passiert,dafür hat uns das Essen aber wieder entschaedigt.Was ich als positiv finde,dass es nach der modernen Renovierung gemütlicher wirkt und nicht mehr so dunkel ist.Generel aber ist an dem ehem. Eckmaennchen nichts zu meckern dran."
