"I've been here for years and the food is always top-notch. But I write for another reason today. My wife and I went to El Mariachi this weekend. After we have swallowed our meals (Hähnen-Mol and Seafood-Enchiladas), we have left and recognized our car. Such a bummer. I had jumper cables, but nobody wanted to stop. I decided to walk back to the restaurant and explained the situation to the Lord who welcomed the people at the entrance. I never got his name, but he wore a red shirt and had two small smiling face statues on his wrist. Anyway, I explained to him the situation and without a second he thought Hold on, I'll get my car. What a gentleman. I can't thank him enough and I'm angry with me that I never got his name. Thank you."

"Fabulous dinner in one of the igloos. They even provided blankets as it was a chilly night. There was a heater as well. Everything was pretty much perfect! Food and service was exceptional."

"When you are wishing for salmon and it is only prepared with soy, and you are allergic to soy, it is unfortunate. That is my only note of complaint. The rest of the experience was lovely! "Our waitress was really friendly and was happy to answer questions we had about the elements in the menu. my man had the shrimp Mozambique and cut the sauce so that the plate was clean through the time she took it away. I had the carne porco a mentejana (pork with small bottlenecks and kartoffels) and also loved it. enough to take the rest home that we had to lunch the next day. we have dinner for 2 special, the sangria or a bottle of wine included. chocolate mousse and a galao (espresso w/steamed milk) finished the meal nicely. so much on the menu sounds amazing so that we have to go back next time in the city."
