I have seen at least 5 cockroaches at this place, the last time, I was, just a week ago! I also found a piece of short brown hair in my food, I have long blonde hair to say, I have saved everything. never again eat here, they wear hair nets or fire them! rudest service I have ever received from any device from someone working in customer service. Purchased take away chicken, chips and salad.The chicken was large and succulent, the chips were crispy and the salad contained more than just lettuce.We have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. It is a shame that they have lost their best chip fryer, but no one stays forever.Would highly recommend Warilla Charcoal Chickens. View all feedback.

Came across this hidden gem after the West Loop Art Fest on 9/16/17 and was glad we found it.
The food: 4/5This spot looks more like a Mom and pop Italian restaurant you'd find elsewhere in ChicagoThe food was good nonetheless.
We went to Marcello's for a birthday celebration and everyone in the party had a very solid experience! Lovely atmosphere and a nicely attentive staff.
Great tasting chicken. The salads are delicious too add to the wholesome chicken dinner. Staff are very friendly.
