Great historic pub with a lovely spacious beer garden round the back. The manager was very welcoming and supported her staff with rigour. Andy was very helpful in accommodating for my disabled friend who required wheel chair access. Will be back during the Christmas period View all feedback.

A group of us visited the White Lion for a meal on Saturday 16th Sep.7.00pm and in rememberance of a dear friend lost to cancer. The pub was quieter than usual. We attempted to order at the bar as usual but found many meals not on or run out. We eventually ordered, an alternative in most cases, to what we wanted. After a considerable wait food came up.
