A Longleat safari trip to celebrate my Mother's and my Sister birthdays brought us to The George Inn. We found a treasure. Friendly staff, special mention to Izzie, who thoughtfully organised a potted plant and card for Mum's 95th birthday. Much appreciated, thank you. What liz jones doesn't like about George Inn Pub Dining:
I've eaten here 5 times. Including a holiday meal with colleagues a birthday celebration and most recently bottomless wings Wednesday. The food is quite lousy the service is non existent. When I have to keep getting up, going to the bar for anything needed, that's just silly. I've given it many chances but it's just too bad and I will not return.
