What User likes about Krystal:
Today I went in not knowing lobby was closed due to being short staffed. The manager was so kind and took my order anyway and my mom's and insisted we sit down to eat bc we mentioned living an hour away. She had a wonderful personality! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Krystal:
2 times I drove 30 minutes to get a few Krystal and hear that they can't take cash. This should be directed at the company's attention. If you can't buy a cash meal, you should close the doors and get out of business. Also the bushes that leave the exit from the car thru, someone gets hurt or killed they go too big to see if it is safe to pull out. This place must bring it together. You sell us when it's complicated and it doesn't matter to you that people don't buy what you want to sell. If you can't change and take cash, my order should be free to waste my time.
