Brought my doe in to be processed. She weighed 90# field dressed. I requested bone in whole shanks, whole backstraps, tenderloins and roasts. All of the rest I wanted ground. Only got 2.5 shanks (fronts and a chunk of one of the rears), less than 1/2 of my backstraps, 1 tenderloin, 2 roasts and 9 packages of ground venison. These totaled under 30#.
