The food was delicious and the service was very quick. However, the waitress was not very friendly and chuckled when I handed the bill to my partner to sign. Not sure why she found it amusing, lol. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ruby Chinese:
As a business manager, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The T-Mobile business employee was rude and refused to give me any napkins or forks. They also took care of other customers before attending to me, even though I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. I decided to leave without eating and asked for a refund.
